We will be ending a walking tour in Inverness at the end of May. The tour accommodations include one night in Inverness, but we will be staying for 3 more days and plan to move to an Airbnb property. As we will need to check out of the tour accommodations before we can check into the Airbnb property, I was thinking we could leave our luggage at the Inverness train station (we're planning to stay near the station) and then reclaim it later in the afternoon. My question is - will we be able to access the left luggage facility at the train station if we are not arriving or departing on a train? Or, does anyone know of any other left luggage options in Inverness?
can't you leave it at your hotel? Most hotels worldwide offer to hold your luggage after departure, either behind the desk or in a locked or unlocked luggage room.
Same on arrival. Arrive early, leave the luggage, return later to check in....
You can see where the left luggage is on this link - it's not beyond the platforms

The tour accommodations are B and B, and I don't think we can leave luggage there to pick up later. And I'm also assuming that we won't be able to leave luggage at the Airbnb property until we check in. If we were staying at hotels, it would be easier.
Thank you for the link, ramblin' on - that's very helpful!
