How can I get a disabled toilet key in Scotland?

I am American and have an ileostomy. I was VERY happy to read that Scotland offers a "radar" key for purchase in order to use an accessible toilet. However, I do not know how to buy one before an upcoming trip or if they can only be bought in person. Does anyone know if Americans qualify or if it is just for Scottish citizens? It would give me peace of mind and make my trip infinitely easier if I have an idea where an accessible toilet is located. It was mentioned that there are over 7000 in Scotland.
Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. I did send them an email a few months ago and did not receive a response. I just sent another email in the hope that it will be answered. It is a Catch-22 situation and I hope someone can help me break through the brick wall!

If you don’t get a response, what about contacting your hotel to see if they’d be willing to accept the package on your behalf before you arrive. Then order it online by using the link Laura gave. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. I thought about doing that but wanted to make sure I was not crossing any (illegal) lines. I may end up doing that several weeks before our flight if there is no response!

Anybody can use the facility who needs to. I have even seen RADAR keys on Amazon. Order from the charity and have it delivered to your hotel.

Any mobility shop will also have them. Don't overpay.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, Amazon (in America) does not sell them. I found several on Ebay but they do not look anything like the key on the "official" website. At least there is the option of buying it and shipping it to my hotel-I hope!
