Trip to the UK in the fall...suggestions on tours of the Scottish Highlands. We will be taking trains/buses throughout the UK.

are you looking for an organised tour or a DIY one.
For the Highlands I would suggest either an organised tour or hiring a car as the public bus service away from the main towns and cities can be limiting.

Sorry, there are 2 of us. We would most likely be staying in Edinburgh so would start from there. Looking for a tour of 2-3 days.

there are several companies that will do a few days bus tours, look at Rabbies and Timberbush tours.
also Urquharts tours if you are in the older age grpup.
