Glasgow's west end

The west end looks quite appealing as a place to roost while there. Does anyone have any advice about this?

And does anyone have recommendations for accommodations there?

Thanks,

Linda

I did stay out there quite a few years ago and thought it was great. Sadly, I can't remember the B&B, but what I liked about the area, was the restaurants, the music and the gardens. It was easy to take the the subway into the city centre.

We just came back from Scotland and only stopped in the West End for breakfast after leaving Edinburgh airport. We found it was a lovely place to stretch our legs and grab a bite before hitting the road to Oban.
