What is the easiest, most cost effective way to get from the airport in Inverness to the new train station for a ride into Inverness? Or is it more practical to take the bus from the airport in to Inverness? Thanks.

Everyone walks the marked path from the terminal to the station. The bus in both directions does go to the station from the terminal, but it's an extra £2 or so. Unless a bus is literally due it's faster to walk.
If you are just going to Inverness, not catching another train from there then just staying on the bus into Inverness is more practical and usually more time efficient.
