UPDATE FYI—Edinburgh Airport planned strike for passenger assistance workers (Sept. 2025)

UPDATE: The strike has been suspended.

Hopefully, this will not impact flights, but posting as an awareness in case anyone flying into Edinburgh Airport next month needs assistance.

There are a series of 48-hour stoppages for the OCS Group workers, who provide passenger assistance at the airport.

The two day strike action will take place over the following dates: September 3-4, 7-8, 11-12, 14-15, 18-19; 21-22, and 25-26.

I’ve read a few articles and it seems unclear if flights will be cancelled scheduled to fly into Edinburgh. If someone has more details - please share information. I’m scheduled to fly in on one of those dates. Thank you
