Any recent recommendations for food tours in either/both of these cities? I found Eat Walk Tours but would like to do more research before booking online. Will be in Scotland late Sept.

Well, not a tour per se but check out Makar Gourmet Mash Bar and Sheep Heid Inn (https://www.thesheepheidedinburgh.co.uk/). Both in Edinburgh. It’s always. Good idea to get a reservation.
As for a tour suggestion, we had a delightful time w on free tour by foot (err, tip what you want) w our tour guide, Kenny.
