Our family is planning a trip to Scotland in fall 2016. My husband would love to fly fish for a morning/half day. Any tips on how to go about getting a permit, a guide, rental equipment, etc? Best places to stay for this sort of thing? (Thinking about bringing his own gear and sending it back home.) Many Thanks! :)

When we were in the Highlands of Scotland we saw a number of fly fisherman on the river Tay. This was in the Pilochry area. Try searching for information for that river and area.
