Hi. I'm visiting Scotland in August and my return flight out of Inverness will land at London LHR with a window of 1 ½ hours to connect to my flight to Dallas. I understand that I will have to change terminals. Is this truly enough time to make the connection?

You are right on the minimum connection time. So technically possible if not necessarily comfortable, but risky if not on a single ticket. Can't advise more without knowing the airlines but note at present both British Airways and American Airlines flights to DFW are going from Terminal 5. If that remains the case the connection will be relatively easy.

IF you are flying British Airways......your flight from Inverness arrives in Terminal 5. Your flight out of London to Dallas also departs from Terminal 5.
If you are on American to DFW, it also departs Heathrow from Terminal 5.
If you are on another airline, then you may have a problem.
