Edinburgh lodging for 4

I am traveling with my husband and two (tall) teenage sons to Edinburgh during the jazz and blues fest in July. Any suggestions for a place to stay that would have a small apartment/suite or discount for two rooms, or other family accommodations?
Cheers!

We are also a family of 4 travelling to Scotland this July. We got a small family room at Castleview B&B. They also have bigger family rooms. Check website if they have availability during your dates. You are getting a late start on finding accomodations during peak tourist season. We have had ours reserved since October.

We were looking for similar accommodations last June, and booked a family room (a queen and 2 single beds) at the St. Valery Guest House in the Haymarket section. It's close to the tram stop and a quick ride to the center of town. It turns out our sons didn't go with us, but the room was spacious enough if they had. Nothing spectacular, but it fit the bill.

I can recommend the Inverleith Hotel, located around the corner from the Lothian Bus stop by the Royal Botanic Garden. Not sure if they give a discount for 2 rooms, but worth asking. There are a couple of affordable restaurants within walking distance (also a coin laundry), and it's well away from the hustle & bustle of the Royal Mile.

We stayed at A-Haven townhouse hotel. It’s really a B&B and I believe it just added a couple more rooms. It’s not right downtown, but because a bus stop is on the corner, downtown is easy to get to.

We will be in Edinburgh in June, and found a nice Airbnb. We are 2 couples, and found several choices that were in great locations and much cheaper than nearby hotels.
