Will spend several nights in Edinburgh in March. Can anyone recommend a couple of good ghost tours for adults?
Also, can you just use a contactless credit card for buses and trams? Do you just tap on or also need to top off?

On Lothian Buses (the Operator in the City) you can use contactless- tap on only. It's like London in that there is a daily price cap.

The capping does not include the trams.

This page tells you what tickets include the trams- either tram only or tram and bus- for both modes the best option is to buy day tickets, either contactless from tram stops or as m-tickets on the app.

Sometime later in the year (not by March) the tram route is extending from the City Centre down to Leith.
