I am traveling with 5 family members in June and we were hoping to take a day trip that started at Stirling train station and included Stirling Castle, the Falkirk Wheel, Wallace Monument and the Kelpies. Does anyone have a driver service that they can recommend that would accommodate 6 people that we could hire for approximately 6 hours?

just one thing to mention as you start calling around looking for that. In English (and Scottish) English, unlike North American English, a van is a medium to high sided (usually), windowless except in the cab area (always), commercial vehicle for hauling stuff rather than people around. Used by delivery companies, moving companies (removals), plumbers, electricians, etc.
You want a people carrier or a minibus (prob too big) or a 7 seater MPV or SUV... or just plainly a 7 seater and driver.
