If you have experienced the 12-course set dinner at Cafe du Nord, I'd love to hear about it.
Apparently reservations are being taken now for summer 2022. I'm almost sure of the day I can be there but is it worth it???

Had to look this place up. I guess if you are a gourmet, then the experience looks interesting. However, even though I do enjoy good food, I have never adopted the no choice, one bite tasting experience. Let us know how it is after your visit.

well according to the reviews on tripadvisor it is - cote du nord
menus that have too much choice don't do it for me - do one thing but do it brilliantly

Haven't done this one, but I've had a wonderful meal at The Gardener's Cottage in Edinburgh. I would go for it if I were anywhere near Bettyhill.
By the by, you should be sure to visit the museum in Bettyhill and if you can get to Strathnavar as well it's very evocative.
