Do I need a converter to charge my phone, kindle and camera? Or is an adapter enough?

If your devices show they are 110/220 then all you need is the adapter
It should show on the charger what is compatible

What does sit say on the charger(s) you use for your phone, kindle and camera?
95% certain it will say 110-240V 50-60 Hz AC, in which case all you need is a plug adapter.
Make sure you get a UK adapter, the sockets in the UK are totally different from the rest of Europe. It has 3 rectangular pins, see here for a photo: https://johnlewis.scene7.com/is/image/JohnLewis/231577941
