Trying to purchase bus tickets through this website and when it asks for my telephone number, no matter how I enter it, it won't accept it. I know the USA has a +1 code, but how do I get this into the site so I can complete the transaction? Thanks

Have you tried both +1 and 001 followed by the phone no?
If so, you might have to contact them. I was trying to register for RingOn, which deals with parking payments in the UK, and it would not accept my phone number even though I was inputting it exactly as they said. I finally contacted them through Facebook Messenger and they managed to fix the problem for me.

It turns out I didn't need to use my phone number since I had already provided my email address. But thanks for your response.

Deborah, I just tried a dummy booking and the same thing was happening with my phone number. But then I noticed that you do NOT need to input your phone number - it says you can, but all you need is the phone no. OR the email address. When I deleted the phone number and gave them my email address, it send me on to the next step.
So I would try it again but just give your email.
