The Cairmgorm Mountain Railway is currently closed for remedial works. The closure has been extended twice, but it is hoped to reopen in November in time for the winter season.

Reopened in January 2023. Closed in September 2023.
Wikipedia is out of date, and I'm not correcting it. I'm in a battle royal at the moment on Wikipedia about Headbolt Lane station, where keyboard warriors keep altering correct information. You can only fight so many fights.
