My daughter and I recently spent two weeks (June 2025) in Scotland - three nights at the charming Barony House in Edinburgh, and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in bedroom 4 (The Ruskin room) which was beautifully decorated (host Susan’s amazing artistic tough that matched the period), creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was very fancy and impeccably clean, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast (made by Susan) was delicious, with a variety of options that left us satisfied each morning. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and lovely, making us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Host Paul provided excellent recommendations for daily itineraries! We only had three days, and his advice resulted in no wasted time.
