We are visiting Scotland in late May. Has anyone taken a landrover tour? Would you recommend?

I've never done a tour but I know that part of Scotland well and would say if you have the opportunity, then go for it.
The landscape in the Royal Deeside area whilst not as wild and woolly or perhaps as rugged and breath-taking as the west coast of the country, still has a splendour of its own. Of course there can be no guarantees where wildlife is concerned but the scenery and light in my opinion will make up for any "no shows".
