My wife and I will be traveling through Scotland by train. One overnight stop is Aviemore. We will arrive there in the afternoon and will remain there until mid afternoon the next day. We hope to ride the Strathespay Steam Train, visit the Caringorm Reindeer Herd, and if time permits, visit the Rothiemurchus Estate. We will not have a car. What alternatives do we have to get to/from these venues (will we have to take a "tour" to obtain transportation from Aviemore)?
