Hi,
We’re on Skye. Heading out on Monday to parts south.
Do we need reservations for a car and four people on the Armadale to Mallaig ferry, or can we just show up?

Yes, you need reservations. All sailings currently have only limited availability for vehicles.
If you leave it until the day you may end up waiting for a sailing with available space, or could even find all sailings full.

If no reservations are available you could take the historic Glenelg ferry and then pick up the A87. Skye Ferry
