Anyone in St. Andrews July 8 and wants to try to golf the old course by the ballot?

My husband has all day Monday July 8, 2019 to try and golf the old course. He is looking for a partner to apply for the ballot and see if the twosome can get a tee time ahead of time. Otherwise he will try for the day of walk on. Anyone out there?
