Car/limo services such as as exist in the USA are much less common here, especially outside of London. Pre booked taxis are called mini cabs in the UK. If you ask your hotel to pre book you a taxi or mini cab to the airport they will know the best options. Alternatively just search Edinburgh to airport mini cab and you will get lots of options.
