We were invited to a wedding in Stirling this summer and need to plan an itinerary for the rest of the trip quickly, with no idea what to do. We’re staying in Glasgow with the exception of night 2 in Stirling but are willing to book other nights’ stays outside of Glasgow if recommended.
Day 1: afternoon arrival in Glasgow
Day 2: evening wedding in Stirling, overnight in Stirling
Day 3: ?
Day 4: ?
Day 5: ?
Day 6: morning departure from Glasgow
We usually rent a car when we travel but are interested in relying on the train or day trips this time. However, day trips for two seem pricier than just renting a car.
