The first place that springs to mind is The Ubiquitous Chip. I'm not really a wine drinker myself, but I know that their wine list is going to be one of the best in Glasgow. One of the finest places to eat in Scotland too.
Edited to correct a small typo and to add: You only need to call it "The Chip" in Glasgow and people will know what you're talking about. All the establishments which are neighbours with The Chip in Ashton Lane are worth checking out too. Jinty's (Irish) , Brel (Belgian, for beers), Ashoka (Indian) and The Grosvenor Cinema, a nice little independent / arthouse place.
