Our flight home from Inverness takes off at 7 am, so it’s important to us to stay in a hotel really close to the airport, preferably with a shuttle. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Inverness airport is tiny. If you look at it on google maps, you will see that there is only one hotel at the airport, a Marriott, so I suggest you contact them to check that they provide a shuttle. Otherwise you can stay in Inverness and ask your hotel to organise an early morning taxi to get you to the airport. It’s not far from Inverness and there won’t be traffic early in the morning.

I'd be very surprised if that hotel offers an airport shuttle.
