Any recommendations for good restaurants in Glasgow, Scotland?

Glasgow is a quite big city - where are you staying? City centre or in the outskirts? Any thoughts on type of food - Are you looking for fine dining or just well prepared food.

We are staying in the city center at the Novetel Glasgow Center. We like well prepared food. It doesn't have to be fine dining.
