Does anyone have a recommendation on a local guide to take my husband and ai to Stirling Castle from Edinburgh. Instead of the train we thought we may be able to hire a local tour company to chauffeur us and possibly act as a guide. Any suggestions?

We’ve used Rabbie’s for a day trip to Stirling, Loch Lomond and a whiskey distillery out of Glasgow. The time at Stirling Castle was on our own, it was not guided. The castle ticket price includes a guided tour every hour from 10-3, or you can use an audio guide.

The tour guide we had inside Stirling Castle was superb!
I can see how having a chauffeur door-to-door could be relaxing.
