We recently spent 2 nights in the “Servants Quarters” at Barony Guest House. Our beautifully decorated room came complete with private garden! There was also a gorgeous living room and kitchen space that we shared with another party. The rooms surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Susan goes above and beyond, attending to every detail. Paul was an enthusiastic and proud host of their beautiful home. He offered valuable advice on things to do and see. He was also a great resource for local restaurants. We had a really good dinner at Haldi…just a few steps from Barony. We highly recommend Barony Guest House. Paul and Susan have worked very hard to create a great experience for their guests!

We just returned from our trip to the UK and stayed at The Barony House. Fabulous! This was a splurge for us. We stayed in the Royal King Room (configured with two twin beds). The breakfast was out of this world delicious, especially the pancakes (secret recipe). Would definitely recommend staying here. We ate at The Old Bell Inn pub. Tasty vegetarian haggis, and the fish and chips were nice too! Friendly, neighborhood pub.
