We stayed at Amar Agua Guest house for three nights in July. Tony and Dawn-Anne Costa are the owners and you could not ask for a better experience. Dawn-Ann's breakfast is gourmet, the waffle should be illegal, and Tony provides great information and a great sense of humor. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
We (I) managed to lock us out of our room and with a phone call the Costas had us back in our room in no time.
I would recommend Amar Agua to anyone going to Edinburgh.
