We will be in Tromso for 2-3 nights prior to a cruise the end of January. Looking for good hotel recommendations. We like to stay in boutique hotels when possible, but open to a nice quality hotel, or anything that someone who has been can recommend. Appreciate any other recommendations for tour companies (whale, aurora, fjords, artic animal, culture), restaurants, bars, in Tromso, as well.
