We stayed at this hotel for one night July 2018 prior to boarding a cruise. Nice, clean, quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Dinner and breakfast were included. Terrific location 5 minute walk from where our shipped was docked. We’d stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have also stayed there after our RS Scandinavian tour was over and would stay there again. I had been told to join the Thon Hotel Group which I did before making our reservations and got a substantial discount. Costs nothing (then) to join. We have also joined the ibis Hotel Group and that has allowed us to bypass the long line at check-in and go the the Membership Only Line. We may even be getting better rooms when belonging to one of these groups.

I've stayed at the Thon Bristol in Bergen and the Thon Munch on Oslo. Both offered excellent value during my July 2017 in Norway. Convenient locations, quiet, breakfast included....I'd gladly revisit both.

The Thon hotels are great. We stayed at the Thon Hotel Panorama in Oslo. Cute balcony off our room and best breakfast buffet of our entire 10 night stay.
