We are traveling to Copenhagen for a week in April. Last time there we stayed at the Scandic Spectrum, which was fine but a little bit away from city center. This time we'd like to stay in or adjacent to the old town area, and because we have some days to use up, we'd like to stay with the Scandic line. I know the Scandic Palace is one option (comments from anyone who's stayed there?) : any other recommendations for Scandic hotels in or near the old town area of Copenhagen? Thanks, Jim

I see you are not getting answers to your question, so I will offer this. I stayed quite near what G Maps calls just Scandic Copenhagen at Scandic Copenhagen, Vester Søgade 6, 1602 København, Denmark. I can't speak to the hotel because I didn't stay there, but the location is really extremely convenient. Look at the reviews for this one.
