Without going into details of our experience, the ownership and staff from the Bergen Harbour Hotel is entirely lacking in their understanding of hospitality. We have stayed at hotels in numerous countries--some world-class to others that would be considered sightly above a youth hostel. We have returned to one very dated hotel simply because of their incredible service.
I'm sure there are numerous hotels in Bergen that treat their guests with respect, kindess and understanding unlike the Bergen Harbour Hotel.
