Hotel Skeppsholmen. It is pricey but great location. Do I stick with AirBnb?

Hotels are the only accommodations we've utilized in Stockholm and this one was not included. I'm an outlier as to Airbnb and, at best, have a very mixed opinion. The concept does expand opportunities for tourists but at a significant cost to neighborhoods and degrades affordability of housing to locals.
