Notice that RS has not published dates for St. Petersburg. Does anyone know when this will start?

No. No one does. RS is in process of cancelling the remaining tours for this year which is keeping them busy.
There might be tours next year. There might not.
I suggest you wait and see what they publish.

Please DO NOT call the office. They are buried and most employees are working from home. They DO NOT give out secret early information- future dates will be known when they post them. NO dates for 2021 are even close to being set.
