Good evening. I'm a french traveller and i want to visit Norilsk by my own. 5 days . How can i get this permission to enter the city ? Best regards

Hi David. From what I've heard, the process is really complicated. At least it was some ten years ago.
You might need to go through a tour agency (the one with registration in Norilsk, most likely) - but even that may not be enough.
Well, that, or get married to a Norilsk woman. It still is a closed city, technically.
