There is no railpass, but there are US agents who specialize in selling Russian train tickets for visitors who don't want to hassle with it there. You will be paying for this service.

Unfortunately there is no similar system in Russia to Eurail Pass. But is it not difficult to buy a ticket on Russian Railways web site: http://pass.rzd.ru/main-pass/public/en.
