With on-line tickets to the Kremlin, is it still worth hiring a private guide?
Also, how easy is it to hire an official tour guide from the Kremlin?

Need is pretty subjèctive. We used this gentleman and for us he added enough extra value to be worth the investment. Really nice and knowledgeable guy.

That gentleman would be Dan Petrov. Highly educated, very patient and quite nice. We used him on our first trip, been FaceBook friends for years, and using him again when we return in a month.

As James replied - need is subjective. We used a guide so we could have as thorough visit as possible. No regrets.
