Help with holiday planning

Dear members of the St Petersburg forum,

Next month i will be doing a tour of the Baltic nations and the northwest of Russia. I very looking forward to visiting the different Hanze cities in the Baltics and of course the former imperial city of St Petersburg. For the past weeks i have been reading a lot about the destinations in travelbooks and tripsadvisor. So i have made up a itineraty and am looking for advice or suggestions about it.

Days 1-3 VIlnius
Day 4-5 Riga
Day 6-6 Talinn
Days 9-13 St Petersburg city (5 days)
Day 14 trip to Petershof and Oranienbaum
Day 15 trip to Puskin/pavlovsk
Day 16 trip to Novgorod
Day 17 trip to Vyburg

Is this feasible or should i add more days?

Many tanks in advance

You can visit Baltic republics without visa but for Russia you will need visa unless you have a passport of certain countries which don't need visa. For Americans visa is not cheap. Why not to visit Moscow if you already paid for visa. If you don't read and speak at least basic Russian it would be difficult to do your trip in Russia independently. Few years ago group of us friends (6) did St.Petersburg and around, Moscow and then river cruise on Volga River from Moscow to Astrakhan (practically on Caspian Sea). On Russian cruise ship.
For most of our trip we used help of this agency: http://www.expresstorussia.com and I read Russian alphabet and speak basic Russian.
