Arriving on May 6 by train from Helsinki into Finlandia Train station. Need to get a taxi to Viking River Cruise dock. Anyone done this before or used taxi from train station? I checked on KiWi taxi but their reviews go from good to “never showing up”!
Love any input re taxi or Uber from train station. Thx.

As the Helsinki trip is on our own - not with Viking - they will only do paid pickup at the airport. No pickups at trains unless you are on a pre-cruise tip of theirs. I’ve found several mentions of taxi’s but most reviewers are not good. Looking for something with good track record for showing up as planned and being safe. Have just found something that looks good on Trip Advisor called St Petersburg Taxi.

Any app-based rideshare will do (Yandex/yango, taxovichkoff, gett. Uber no longer works directly). Forget the reviews, install the app, play around with routes and options. It's not a long ride from Finlandsky to Utkina zavod, maybe 20 to 25 minutes.
ETA: just checked Yandex taxi app, it's 22 minutes and ₽562 to ₽780 ($8 to $15) for regular cars, $40 for a fancier ride (Maybach, anyone?)
