I'm trying to purchase advance tickets online and their website is requiring a confirmation code that is supposed to be sent to my email which I never receive. Has anyone else had this problem or could you offer some guidance? Also, we ideally would just like tickets for the 6 PM entrance for unguided time in the museum. Does anyone know if these tickets can be purchased in advance? Thanks for any help anyone has.

I have done some research and I don't think the after 6 tickets can be purchased online, but... I am not really sure you need to purchase these in advance. Sounds like it's generally not a long line.

By the way, I just did this. At 7 PM I was the 2nd person in line to buy tickets. Easy!
