Trying to get tickets to the ballet at Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow. While registering for the first time on the official site, it does not ask me to create a password, yet when I am prompted to login to buy tickets it asks for a password. After several attempts I chose the "forgot password" option and was told I would receive an email with my password (which I was never prompted to create in the first place). Never received the email.
I'm baffled about how to proceed. Other online ticket companies charge extremely high prices.
Any thoughts about how to create an account and login to the official theatre site?
