2. Для разных целей использования дронов (сельское хозяйство, картография, развлечение и т.д.) — какие функции особенно важны?
3. Доставка и таможня: Какие надежные способы доставки из Китая в Россию вы могли бы порекомендовать? На что стоит обратить внимание при прохождении таможни?
4. Законодательство и сертификация: Есть ли какие-либо особые требования к импорту дронов в Россию или сертификации, которые мне нужно учесть?

I suspect the russians have no use for a drone that has no weapons capability, so your enterprise looks as doomed as this post
