We will be in Portugal the middle two weeks of May. We have a car and will have flexibility to drive. We plan to stay one night in the Douro Valley and are looking for one more winery area to explore other types of wine beyond Port. Does anyone have a recommendation between Dao or Alentajo? Is either one better than the other? Both could easily be worked in to our drive we just can't do both.
