which sites in Lisbon & Porto require advanced booking?

I'm a lot later than usual in planning an upcoming trip (mid March!), and don't find a quick list in the RS guidebook for which sites need advance booking. We will be in Porto and Lisbon, and may do stops in between on our travel day but haven't planned that out yet (I think I saw somewhere that the library at Coimbra is an example of a site we need to pre-book). Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

We will be there the end of this month (February). Based on my research for this time of year we have only advance booked the Jeronimos Monastery in Lisbon and the Joanina library in Coimbra. Prebooking for Pena Palace in Sintra is advised but we are on the fence about that one.

I am planning a trip to Lisbon and Porto early March and created RS list. Adding few other places for you to consider:

Quinta da Regaleira, Santa
Livraria Lello, Porto

Does Jeromimos Monastery offer 1/2 price senior admission? Have seen conflicting info, about this. Going there in mid- March on a Saturday and had planned to buy tickets at the site. Is that a good option?
