I’m flying from Nice to Lisbon on Oct. 19. I’m confused by the requirements listed by the State department and those issued by the Portuguese government. Will either antigen or PCR suffice? I’m doubly vaccinated and have a health certification used to enter France 10 days ago.
The vaccination certificate should suffice. I just came from there and used by French issued EU vaccination passport.
I got the rapid antigen test at a Lisbon pharmacy for 25 Euros. Results in ten minutes.
But you couldn’t have used this antigen test at a Lisbon pharmacy to enter Portugal, right?
Maybe this website will help:

I am going to Lisbon (from Newark) on October 25 and found this information helpful.
So just an antigen and not a PCR if I understand things correctly?
