We will be in Portugal in June of this year and would like to try barnacles. Does anyone have places to recommend?

Cervejaria Ramiro is the old classic. It’s a bit of an adventure as it gets quite crowded and they don’t take reservations. And, seafood and wonderful bread is all they serve. It’s very good. I’m certain you can find percerbes in a lot of other seafood places. They serve them in Cascais at Baia de Peixe, too.

Actually Cerveceria Ramiro does take reservations and I would recommend them. Prepay 50 euros for 2, 24 hour cancellation without penalty
