We are heading to Lisbon in late February from Canada. Just wondering what to pack. Sweaters and long pants or T-shirts and shorts? Raincoat? Have limited space as we are only doing carry on luggage. Thanks.

Raincoat definitely. It’s possible you might have a day or so that’s T-shirt weather, but February is very much still our winter. Long sleeve shirts with light sweater plus your raincoat will likely be needed. Layering is the key. We are having great weather right now but I’m still wearing long sleeve shirts and a light sweater.. I always carry my coat when flying with just a carry on.
And, we still have single digit (Celsius) nights, so come prepared for cooler temps early and late.
