I would like to know what sites will be open and what will be closed in Lisbon on Carnation Day, Tuesday April 25, 2023. Are there celebrations, parades etc.? Where can I find more 2023 nformation about this holiday?

Nothing will be closed on 25 Abril. But, there will be celebrations in Lisbon for certain. Google 25 Abril 2023 and they should have some information on activities in Lisbon. I know Cascais has a celebration with people giving out carnations, etc., and a small military presence. 2023 will be the 50 year anniversary so there might be more activities than normal.
