Weather in SW Portugal for walking... March 5 or April 15?

I'm booking a trip to walk the Rota Vicentina... I can leave either March 5th ...or delay until April 15th.
I'd prefer to go sooner than later... and... how much of a difference would this make when it comes to RAIN?

Hello @tulipandvernon,

I'm Portuguese and I can tell you that the probability of raining in that region is higher in March than in April... however, both months are OK since it doesn't rain as much as in northern and central Portugal ;)
